Returns

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we verify the returned product. For returned items, we will refund the full purchase price paid via cash on delivery upon inspection. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been misused, damaged after delivery, or opened and used in a way that affects their resale value, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Exchange

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order.
